A festive start to the season

Today’s Christmas wreath making class at Cofton Village Hall felt like the real beginning of the festive period. The hall filled early. People stepped out of the cold and into a warm space filled with fresh foliage, soft music and a cheerful atmosphere.

A room full of seasonal materials

The tables held fir, eucalyptus, dried slices, berries and ribbons. People explored the materials, chose their colours and started to shape their wreaths. Some preferred neat, structured bundles. Others layered their greenery for a fuller look. The mix of styles gave the room a bright and seasonal feel.

Guidance from Pat, Claire and Donna

Pat led the session with steady direction. Claire and Donna offered support, gave trimming tips and helped with small adjustments. People said they felt more confident as they worked. Others enjoyed learning something new in a calm and friendly setting.

A warm and relaxed atmosphere
